What is oil pulling for?<\/strong>
\nOil Pulling leaves a pleasant, fresh feeling in the mouth. The pollutants excreted overnight are removed and the headspace is cleared of mucus and secretions. <\/p>\n

Oil Pulling also increases the protective function of the mucous membrane against the infiltration of bacteria and viruses. Beneficial with paradontosis, gingivitis, neck tension or jaw problems. <\/p>\n

How to use<\/strong>
\n“Oil pulling” is best done on a daily basis as part of your morning routine, directly after getting up. It can also done as a gum restoring treatment over a period of 3 weeks, or even on individual days when you feel like it. <\/p>\n

Put 1 tablespoon of oil in your mouth and pull it through your teeth, gargle over a period of about 5 to 10 minutes. The oil changes colour to whitish and becomes thinner. <\/p>\n

When ready, spit into a cloth and dispose of in the trash. Then, scrape your tongue with a copper tongue cleaner, brush your teeth and rinse your mouth with a glass of warm water. <\/p>\n
