Angel – the embodiment of goodness, mediator between heaven and earth. The name comes from the Greek word angelos (messenger) and refers to their main role in conveying good messages. They are mediators between God and man. Each one has a guardian angel to guide and watch over him. The Archangels are the heads and leaders of the heavenly kingdom.
