Ordering from our e-shop is easy. You can place an order as a registered customer or without logging in.

Registered customers receive a 5% discount on their orders.

Choose the product category that suits you from the corresponding icon. There you will find further subcategories that will help you find the desired product.

You can also enter the name of the desired product in the search box on the homepage. This will give you quick access to the desired product.

Note: You can also have your ordered product gift wrapped. The color range of the packaging materials is variable. You can also agree on the colors. Each picture has a number. You can use this to indicate your choices. The packaging fee depends on the choice of material and style. The price will be added to the order by agreement. See here

  1. Itella SmartPost to parcel machines in Estonia, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania. The prices of parcel machines in Estonia depend on the size of the parcel.

SmartPOST parcel machine is a “self-service post office”.

Parcel machines are located in shopping centers, which are easily accessible, have good parking conditions and are open late in the evening.

The most important thing for the recipient of the parcel is that the goods arrive at their destination in perfect condition and without unpleasant surprises.

With SmartPOST indoor parcel machines, you don’t have to worry about your valuable shipment being damaged by cold, heat or moisture.

The following product groups are examples of those that can be damaged by excessive cold, heat or moisture: cosmetics, perfumes, lenses, health products, electronics, computer goods, photographic goods, food/food supplements.

  3. SmartKULLER in Estonia Delivery of parcels six days a week (Mon-Fri), except for national holidays. The courier network covers the whole of Estonia.

  • The customer can choose a suitable time slot (9:00-17:00 or 17:00-21:00) for receiving the parcel and order the goods to work or home.
  • The customer will receive an SMS message on the morning of the delivery day with information about the arrival of the parcel. The courier will call the customer before delivering the parcel. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the customer on the first attempt, the courier will agree on another time if necessary. According to the customer’s wish, the parcel can be redirected free of charge to a suitable parcel machine. The parcel is handed over to the customer on the basis of a unique code, which is sent to the customer by SMS.

Payment and delivery time:

  • The delivery time for products in stock is 2-5 business days.
  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.
  • Parcels will not be shipped on Mondays, Sundays, and public holidays.
  • The parcel will be shipped no later than 3 business days after the receipt of the invoice to the account of OÜ Kaiminerva:

  • When making a transfer, please indicate the invoice number and the customer’s first and last name in the description.

Return of goods:

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt. The returned goods must be unused. The cost of postage is not refundable. The costs of returning the parcel are also borne by the buyer. The parcel can be returned to the Smartpost Võru Kagukeskus parcel machine (tel. nr. 5167530) free of charge with the parcel receipt code. The recipient should be marked as OÜ Kaiminerva. The money for the returned product will be refunded within 10 working days. The money will be refunded only to the account from which the transfer was made.
